This is what I mean when I say I over-do things.
Morning – run 2.5km in 12 minutes
Shower, go to work.
Lunch hour – run 6.5km in 30 minutes, bike 15minutes
Shower, back to work
After work – swimming laps, 30 minutes; run 5km in 25minutes
Some days, being too tired to think is a luxury I can indulge in.
