Stress

Stress is slowly building up. There are a few things going on right now that I cannot explain. I just know that stress is building up and I feel like I need a break from it all.

Take time for yourself Polar, unplug the phone,have a nice hot bubble bath, and later watch a decent comedy film (while snacking on ice-cream!).

Can you take a couple of days in the mountain? go skiing? so good for the soul - and concentrate on staying alive rather than feeling shit... you know the feeling of giong down something too steep and screaming " shit shit fuck fuck " all the way down! ;-)

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I find distraction a good technique to take my mind off stuff. Its perhaps worth asking yourself is there stuff you can do something about or not? When I have stuff I can't sort out I try and persuade myself that there is really nothing I can do so no point worrying. Anyhow big hugs coming at ya. Thinking of you.

Just keep in mind that you don't have to 'explain' or "have explained" everything...
Us, with BPD, are always looking for some reasons for stuff to be or happens... It is not true... things happen out of nowhere and without reason sometimes... and that is true... Just think about it and stop asking yourself questions...
You know as me where this will take you... and you don't need that... We don't need that, any of us...

Try to do everything you can to relieve it! Otherwise stress will kill you.

One of the effects of extreme for me was hair loss. That is bad if you are a younf woman and losing your hair!
