I'm back

Auckland WAS a change of pace. Traffic from and to the airport at rush hour. I couldn't do it day in and day out. It would drive me nuts.

Information overload, overly social situations for someone who is a bit of a recluse and loner, too little sleep tossing and turning in a ridiculously large bed, way too much unhealthy but temptingly yummy food. All conspired to my melt down on day three.

High points. Low points.

It's OK. I'm back.

Glad you survived. Did you manage your usual trip to the zoo to see the bears?

Nice to see you back! I am also sorry to hear you had a meltdown, but it does happen to the best of us in all kinds of situations. You were extremely courageous to go on a business trip feeling the way you have been feeling lately. I know I couldn't have done it. Give yourself a pat on the back!

Suzanne - no, the bears are in Gold Coast, Australia. I plan to visit them in the future though.
