I've had a rough couple days, but will at least try to finish this.

This one's easy - Running! I get a really good workout when I'm angry or frustrated.

1) Abandonment or the threat of it(this is HUGE for me)
2) Despair, loss of hope in a more positive future
3) Anger at someone specific, or being let down by someone
